Rosemary has an extensive background in mathematics education in Australia, in teaching and research. Internationally she has worked in Hong Kong and with UNICEF in North Korea. She is an acknowledged expert at using Rasch measurement techniques and has collaborated with some of the top specialists in this field.

Rosemary joined the Board as a Bishop appointee in December 2021.
